Auditing

Given the high stakes and the complexity of the business, individual and/or entertainment entities need to know that their business affairs are in order and properly being handled. Sometimes the artist or personal manager does not know who to trust. When requested, we will discretely and confidentially review existing deals previously entered into by our clients and make recommendations, if necessary. We will review existing structures, contracts and professional relationships in a discreet and professional manner. When requested we will arrange for audits of record labels, publishers, personal managers, attorneys, and business managers.  We assess and provide valuable honest feedback to the client.
